Our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil is mainly derived from our Frantoio olives which have a sweet, nutty flavor and delicate aroma.

Wymah Organic Lamb is derived from organic ewes living on our certified organic farm, Dalkeith.

Our delicious beef comes from our Dexter cows and is available in limited quantities throughout the year.
