Three Quick Ways with Tapenade

Enjoy our three quick tapenade dips for pre-dinner nibbles!  Serve with dipping oil, table olives, slices of raw vegetables, cheeses and fresh bread

Pure Olive Tapenade and Citrus Dip
Moisten with 1 tbsp. lemon/lime juice and 1 tsp.. zest grated from the citrus. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic, dash of pepper and chopped parsley.  Drizzle with  olive oil to taste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Moroccan Tapenade and Tomato Dip
Add chopped fresh tomatoes or cooled fried mushrooms to Wymah Organic Moroccan Tapenade.  Top with a swirl of Greek yogurt and serve.

Dukkha-Topped Tapenade

Sprinkle a dish of any Wymah Organic tapenade with our 'Quick Dukkha'; made by blending small amounts of spices, nuts, dried tomatoes, zest or dried olives.

Try our favourite combination - almond meal, Cajun spice, lemon zest and black pepper!
